September 17, 2018 – In a piece for Edify, WBUR reporter Carrie Jung interviewed Bright Horizons CEO Stephen Kramer and toddler teacher Chaley Webber about the company's new free college tuition program for teachers.
"We're hoping to reduce turnover which comes at a cost. We're hoping to recruit more efficiently which comes at a cost," Kramer said.
