Child and Family at a Time
Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork—we put our HEART in everything we do.
Bright Horizons has been changing the way the world works for 30 years. Way back in 1986, our founders saw that child care was an enormous obstacle for working parents. Providing on-site centers became just one way we responded to help whole organizations work better. Today we offer child care, elder care, and help for education and careers -- tools used by more than 1,000 of the world’s top employers and that today power many of the world's best brands.
Meet Our Leadership
Bright Spaces is the signature program of The Bright Horizons Foundation for Children®, a nonprofit organization focused on brightening the lives of children, youth, and families experiencing homelessness and other crises.
We create and support warm, safe, enriching spaces in homeless shelters and other agencies for children and youth to build caring relationships, heal from trauma through play, and experience the joy of childhood.
Committed to DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
Bright Horizons is fully committed to a workplace where all employees feel welcomed and comfortable. We're honored to be recognized as one of Fortune's Best Workplaces for Diversity; and proud to have received a perfect score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2018 Corporate Equality Index -- a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality.
