Mandy Berman
Chief Operating Officer, Back-Up Care and Emerging Care Services
Mandy has spent her career building back-up care solutions for working families and partnering with employers nationwide to provide benefit solutions for their employee base. Mandy re-joined Bright Horizons in 2023 as the Chief Operating Officer for Back-Up Care and Emerging Care Services. Mandy is a leader driven by HEART and has an outstanding track record of leadership and a spirit of innovation. From 2005-2019 Mandy served as Bright Horizons’ Chief Administrative Officer responsible for overseeing Back-Up Care, IT, and Client Reporting.
Prior to rejoining Bright Horizons, Mandy served as COO of Marathon Health, a leading provider of 250+ employer-sponsored health centers nationwide, and as COO of 42 North Dental, a New England-based dental support organization. Mandy is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School. She and her husband are the parents of twin daughters and a son, and live in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
