Your commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is unwavering. Your company’s all in; your leadership is angling to see change.

But how do you answer that commitment? How do you turn words into real action? And which business practices will set you up to reach new audiences, and deliver progress across your workforce – and in leadership roles?

Watch this panel event to hear industry experts discuss successful DEI strategies implemented at their organizations and new ideas they’re considering. You’ll walk away with practical steps that generate real results, including:

  • Evolving your recruiting process to better identify and attract candidates of diverse backgrounds.
  • Adapting your education programs to remove learning barriers frequently seen in underserved populations and provide them with opportunities for leadership positions.
  • Addressing family care challenges which have a disproportionate impact on Black and Hispanic employees.
