Retaining and developing our workforce starts with our employees. For 20 years, Bright Horizons has listened to our employees through our regular surveys and forums. Understanding the employee experience, including evolving priorities, employee relations, compensation, flexibility, and career growth opportunities, is critical to our mission to remain an employer of choice.

During 2021, we surveyed employees to ensure that we continued to support their needs and focus on their priorities. This direct feedback enabled us to act on real-time information and, as a result, expand our benefits and compensation opportunities as well as develop additional benefit programs, including mental health and wellness supports.
