Bright Horizons Employees Give Back to Local Communities During Annual Serve from the HEART Week to Honor Dr. Martin Luther King
January 28, 2026 – Bright Horizons employees nationwide recently participated in the company’s annual Serve from the HEART week of service to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s life, legacy, and commitment to service.
Bright Horizons’ BRIDGE (Black Resources for Inclusion Diversity Growth and Equity) Employee Resource Group in partnership with the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children encouraged employees to get involved in their communities by giving back in ways big and small.
“Serve from the HEART Week at Bright Horizons celebrates Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s commitment to service,” said Yvonne Lynch, President of the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children. “It’s one of the many ways our Bright Horizons Family joins together to give back to the communities where we live and work.”
At the Bright Horizons home office in Newton, MA, employees made comfort kits, heart pillows, and caregiver gifts bags for a local bereavement camp. While employees at the Westminster, CO office assembled emergency kits for a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness in their community.
