Dana Suskind, MD
Dana Suskind, MD, is a pediatric otolaryngologist and Director of the Pediatric Hearing Loss and Cochlear Implant program at the University of Chicago Medicine. She is a nationally recognized leader in early language development, her research focuses on optimizing foundational brain development and preventing early cognitive disparities. She is founder and co-director of the TMW Center for Early Learning + Public Health, which promotes caregiver practices that support foundational brain development in children from birth to five years of age. Her published books include Thirty Million Words: Building a Child’s Brain and Human Raised: Nurturing Connection, Curiosity & Lifelong Learning in the Age of AI.
