"Bright Horizons was founded thirty years ago with a clear mission of making a difference in the lives of all clients and families that we have a privilege to serve," said Bright Horizons CEO Dave Lissy. The CEI is a national benchmarking survey and report administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality, it rated 1,043 businesses, evaluating LGBT-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs, and public engagement with the LGBT community. Bright Horizons' efforts in satisfying all of the CEI's criteria results in a 100 percent ranking and the designation as a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.
