So seeing 35 – count ‘em, 35! – on Glassdoor’s 100 Best Places to Work in 2021 list? Yeah – we’re totally not surprised either. 

“This year’s winning employers have proven that even during extraordinary times,” Glassdoor’s CEO said of the results, “they’ll rise to the challenge to support their people.” 

How do you make the list? 

The complicated answer concerns qualitative evaluation, algorithms, and math.  

The simpler answer is employees like their companies. A lot. And they go on Glassdoor to stay so. Words like balance (as in work/life), inclusion, support, care, and benefits came up often.

“They really upped their game on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion” - #1, Bain & Company (did we mention, a client?). 

“They put a HUGE emphasis on work life balance” - #6 Google (did we mention, a client?)

“Company really cares about the wellness of its employees, especially during COVID-19. Benefits are amazing” -- #14, LinkedIn (did we mention – a client). 

“BCG promises to invest in their employees’ growth & professional development and they 100% make good on that promise” – #12 Boston Consulting Group, (did we mention, a client…we could do this all day).
