Sometimes, you’re just going along, doing what you do, when someone comes along and says...great job!

And right there sums up how we felt about seeing our name on the Forbes Best Companies for Diversity list.

The word to describe us is...overjoyed. 

This is so meaningful for us. Inclusion here isn’t just a business practice; it’s part of our core. Multicultural events; engaging in discussion; celebrating loud and proud at the pride parade...it’s all part of creating a great place to work for everyone; of making sure all who come here feel wholly and unequivocally welcome for exactly who they are. And it’s not just for us. As a company that provides child care, we’re keenly aware that what we show children in our centers today can have impacts that last a lifetime. 

One thing we know is that these efforts will never be completed; it’s something we will continue to work at/learn about every day. 

Throughout our three-plus decades, we’ve been fortunate to be recognized as a great workplace for lots of reasons. But a shoutout for just being who we are? Our hearts are happy.
