    If you are enquiring about / requesting / receiving childcare services, you agree to the collection and processing of your child’s personal information as necessary for us to respond to your enquiry / request, and to provide the childcare services to you and your child in accordance with our legal obligations.

    We may need to collect and process sensitive personal information about you / your child follows:

To provide the services safely and/or in compliance with applicable law.

De-identified data

  • We may de-identify sensitive personal information to create aggregated reporting and analysis data, for the purposes of improving our services. 
  • We will maintain and use the data only in a de-identified manner, and will not attempt to re-identify the data. 
  • If we share the de-identified / aggregated data with a third party (such as an employer who sponsors our services as an employee benefit), we will request that they do not attempt to re-identify the data also. (See Employer sponsored benefits: sharing information with your employer.)

Communications to you about services

  • We may send you communications about the services you have enquired about, requested and / or registered for.
  • We may also send you communications about other relevant resources and services which we and our affiliates provide and which you are eligible for or may be of interest to you. 
    For instance, if you have enquired about childcare centers near you, we may send you information about summer camps our affiliates provide in your area.  
  • You can Click the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any email information communication that we send you. We will then stop any further emails from that particular mailing list. 

Who do we share your personal information with

  • We do not sell your personal information (or that of your dependents) to third parties. 
  • Cookies and similar technologies:
    • When you visit our websites, apps, and social media, we use cookies and similar technologies as permitted by law.
    • Our collection and sharing of personal information via these technologies may include for the purposes of targeted / behavioral advertising.
    • We may also permit third parties to collect personal information utilizing these technologies.
    • Our Cookies and Similar Technologies Notice provides details about this collection and sharing, including how you are able to set your tracking preferences.
  • We may share your personal information with third parties in order to deliver services to you, and to meet our contractual/legal obligations or legitimate business interests. These third parties include:
    • Our subcontractors who are providing services to us (such as our internet service providers and our payment processors).
    • Government entities or other third parties as necessary for us comply with our legal obligations.
    • For our child/adult care or coaching services, selected professional external providers with whom we have partnered, to arrange for them to deliver the requested services to you or your dependent.
    • If you receive services as an employee benefit, your employer may receive information concerning your utilization of the service as described here.

Employer sponsored benefits: sharing information with your employer

If your employer makes any of our services available to you as an employee benefit:

  • You agree we may provide details of your use of the services, which may include your name, the name of your dependents, dates of use, reasons for use, and other employer requested utilization information. 
  • We disclose only information relevant to the utilization of the services or otherwise necessary for your employer’s administration of the benefit.

How to make privacy rights request to us

How long do we keep your personal information?

  • Whenever we collect or process your personal information, we’ll only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose we collected it for and as required under law. 
  • At the end of that retention period, your information will either be deleted completely or anonymized, for example by aggregation with other information so that it can be used in a non-identifiable way for research, statistical analysis and business planning.

Will this Agreement change?

This page is subject to change in order to remain compliant with data protection and privacy laws in the locations we operate in. If we make material or substantive changes to this Agreement which require your consent under those laws, we will notify you specifically and request this consent.
