Six Ways Companies Can Celebrate Working Moms Every Day of the Year

May 10, 2019 – Data from the 2018 Modern Family Index was highlighted in a Ladders.com Mother's Day piece about the many ways companies can celebrate working moms every day of the year.

The first piece of advice for companies is to celebrate working moms' strengths, since "89% of workers surveyed agreed that working moms in leadership roles bring out the best in employees…and 65% of people said they believe moms are better listeners than other employees."

The articles also stresses the need to subside women’s fears of not being promoted, as the report references that "60% of respondents admitted that career opportunities are often given to less qualified employees instead of workings mothers who are more skilled."
