CEO Stephen Kramer

June 26, 2018 – Bright Horizons has been recognized as one of the 2018 "Best Places to Work" by the Boston Business Journal. This marks the 13th time that Bright Horizons has been named to the list.

"It is an honor to be named once again to the BBJ’s list of Best Places to Work," said Bright Horizons Chief Executive Officer Stephen Kramer. "We are an organization of people caring for people, and that starts with how we care for and support each other.  The work we do is important, and how we do it is equally important. For us at Bright Horizons being a great place to work isn’t just a goal, it’s core to our mission, and I am proud of everyone within the Bright Horizons family who collectively has earned this recognition."

Bright Horizons was among 80 Massachusetts companies recognized for creating and maintaining outstanding work environments for their employees at the 2018 Best Places to Work Awards event attended by a celebratory crowd of more than 900 at Boston's Symphony Hall on June 20.

The winners and their final rankings were determined by Quantum Workplace, which conducted an online survey of the employees for each company asking them to rate their respective work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation and benefits.
