Bright Horizons Acquires Hildebrandt Learning Centers

Bright Horizons Family Solutions® (NYSE: BFAM), a leading provider of employer-sponsored child care, early education, and work/life solutions, today announced it has acquired Pennsylvania-based Hildebrandt Learning Centers®, welcoming its centers, staff and leaders to the Bright Horizons family along with the children, families, and clients they serve.

Hildebrandt operates 40 high-quality child care centers in Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic area. Like Bright Horizons, Hildebrandt has a strong portfolio of employer-sponsored centers and a reputation for quality and commitment to NAEYC accreditation.  Hildebrandt manages the work site child care programs for many widely respected employers in the Mid-Atlantic area including many colleges and universities, corporations, health care and government agencies.
