Local Father-Son McDonald’s Team Honored for Leadership and Impact

March 30, 2026 – In a Providence Journal article about a multi generation McDonald’s owner operator team investing in their people and building long term career pathways, EdAssist by Bright Horizons is referenced as a key partner supporting those efforts. 

Over the past decade, the Walachs have also invested in the future of their people by providing nearly $100,000 to 56 employees pursuing college degrees through Archways to Opportunity, McDonald’s tuition assistance program powered by EdAssist.
