Following employee feedback asking for tuition assistance rather than reimbursement, Synchrony partnered with learning company EdAssist by Bright Horizons and, for U.S. employees, began covering up to $24,000 per year toward bachelor’s and master’s degrees that relate to a company role — such as technology, business and management — as well as nursing, teaching and skilled trades.
