April 14, 2026 – In celebration of the Month of the Military Child, Bright Horizons at Apex in Apex, N.C., recently welcomed Susan Gale Perry, CEO of Child Care Aware of America. The center proudly supports a strong community of military-connected children and families.

During the visit, Perry joined the preschool classroom as a guest reader for a special story time and engaged in a thoughtful discussion with Bright Horizons center leadership about the importance of high-quality child care for military families.
