August 10, 2025 – In a Forbes article spotlighting EdAssist by Bright Horizons client CVS Health’s innovative approach to education benefits for employees, Diane Bartoli, SVP of EdAssist, shares her thoughts on existing tuition reimbursement programs. 

Bartoli believes that a key barrier for most employees is that typical programs are designed so employees must pay for and complete courses before they are reimbursed. “Many employees, especially front-line workers, can’t always readily afford to cover the cost upfront.”
