Bright Horizons Joins The Children’s Movement of Florida’s Bosses for Babies Initiative

October 15, 2025 – Bright Horizons Regional Manager, Crystal Varner, recently joined The Children’s Movement of Florida’s Bosses for Babies initiative as representative for Bright Horizons. The statewide initiative is designed to engage business leaders from the Panhandle to the Keys in boosting their workforce and contributing to community prosperity through family-focused practices. 

With over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, Crystal has dedicated her career to strengthening learning environments for young children. She began as a preschool teacher in the 1990s and has since served as Assistant Director, Director, and, for the past 21 years, Regional Manager. Her commitment to supporting young children and families reflects the very goals of Bosses for Babies.
