More Minnesota Companies Solidifying Return-To-Office Plans

February 27, 2022 – In a Star Tribune article about more Minnesota companies finalizing their return-to-office plans, Bright Horizons CHRO Maribeth Bearfield shares how Bright Horizons has seen an increase of companies offering back-up care services to their employees. 

With more employers recalling workers on a hybrid basis, demand for "backup child care just increased exponentially," said Maribeth Bearfield, chief human resources officer for the chain. "Our backup business did extremely well, as people are looking for flexible options."
