Bright Horizons Named One of the 2019 Best Workplaces for Women by FORTUNE
September 19, 2019 – Bright Horizons® has been named by FORTUNE as one of the 2019 Best Workplaces for Women. The ranking considered more than 4.6 million employee surveys from organizations in a wide range of industries across the U.S.

Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated women’s responses to more than 60 questions about their workplace, and how fairly those experiences compare to men’s reports of the same workplaces. The survey measures the extent to which women report their organizations create a Great Place to Work For All™ – for example, whether people trust each other and employees are able to reach their full human potential, no matter who they are or what they do.

The Best Workplaces for Women list is one of a series of rankings by Great Place to Work and FORTUNE based on employee feedback from Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations. Earlier this year, Bright Horizons was also named of FORTUNE’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” for the 18th time.
