Morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack will be provided each day and are included in the tuition.
Bright Horizons will hold a space for up to one month. After one month, you must enroll your child, or the space will be offered to another family on the waitlist.
If you are interested in enrolling your child(ren), you will need to submit all family information and pay the $100 registration fee per family through the Bright Horizons Family Information Center. Registration can be found by visiting familyinfocenter.brighthorizons.com. A Bright Horizons representative will contact families to discuss enrollment. Families offered a space will have 48 hours to accept their enrollment spot.
Tuition is paid through ACH and is due on the 25th day of the prior month. Example: September monthly tuition will be due on August 25. Parents use the Family Information Center to sign up for ACH.
Once all spaces are filled, children registering will be placed on a waitlist. The length of time will vary depending on the size of the waitlist and the ages of the children. Bright Horizons will send periodic communications to keep you informed of your status on the waitlist and will do everything they can to ensure you are offered a space as soon as it becomes available. Families may decline an offer and maintain their current position on the waitlist once. After the second decline, their name will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist.
Once you are no longer employed at Kwik Trip, your child may remain enrolled through the end of the month in which you’ve paid in full, unless otherwise noted by the Kwik Trip Human Resources Benefits Manager or security. Please note, if you are no longer employed and there is less than 2 weeks of the month, an extension beyond the end of the month can be granted to allow for two full weeks of care.
Yes, a 10% sibling discount will be offered.
The center has a capacity for 168 children and will serve children ages 6 weeks up to 12 years.

The ratios at the center are designed to support one-on-one interactions between the teachers and children, an in-depth understanding by the teachers of the individual needs of each child, and the formulation of consistent caregiving routines based on the teachers’ knowledge of the individual children. These teacher-to-child ratios also support enhanced development, particularly language development.
Families will be required to provide written notice of intent to withdraw 30 days in advance of the last day of attendance.
In addition to the tuition, you will be required to pay the following:
- Registration Fee: A registration fee of $100 per family is due at the time of registration. After the initial enrollment period ends, families will be contacted by a Bright Horizons representative to discuss enrollment or waitlist status.
- Enrollment Deposit: An enrollment deposit equal to one month’s tuition will be due when the enrollment offer is accepted. The enrollment deposit will be applied to the first month of tuition. If a family chooses not to enroll their child after accepting the enrollment offer, the enrollment deposit will be forfeited.
- Annual Re-Registration Fee: A $100 fee per family will be required each subsequent year to cover annual administrative and licensing fees.
The center is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. It will remain open year-round, closing only on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. The center will close early on Good Friday and Christmas Eve, and close a full day the Friday before Memorial Day for Staff Development.
Tuition is billed monthly for the upcoming months tuition.
Full-time Kwik Trip coworkers (parents and/or legal guardians only) are eligible for enrollment. At this time, enrollment is not open to part-time coworkers.
The center will not offer vacation credits.

This depends on your child’s age, temperament, and level of maturity. General tips for preparing for the first day of child care include:
- Developing a relationship with your child’s teacher and keeping communication open
- Labeling all items
- Making sure your child has the essentials: bottles, extra clothes, diapers, blanket, and more
- Talking about the first day with your child
- Setting expectations for the new morning routine
- Getting ahead of separation anxiety by creating a “goodbye” routine together
Please submit an inquiry to your center(s) of interest with a request for tuition information. We recommend scheduling a visit at the same time (this can be done on the same form).
