Yes, please complete a Pre-Enrollment/ Registration form if you are expecting prior to PEPstart’s opening date.
PEPstart will be an option for families registered for Bright Horizons Back-Up Care services. Integrated back-up care will be incorporated into the center’s core program on a space available basis. Also, children must be in one of the appropriate age groups. To learn more about back up care options please visit www.careadvantage.com/pepsico .
Bright Horizons was founded more than 30 years ago and partners with more than 850 employers across the U.S., as well as in Europe, Canada and India. Their client list includes half of those named to FORTUNE magazine’s “100 Best Companies” and more than three-fourths of the companies on Working Mother magazine’s “100 Best” list. Bright Horizons operates centers in communities, as well as onsite at major employers.
PepsiCo requested in depth proposals and evaluated a number of potential child care providers. Bright Horizons was selected based on the fact that they are a nationally recognized leader in assisting employers with onsite child development centers. In addition, PepsiCo already partners with Bright Horizons to provide employees with a number of other family support programs, including the back-up care program. Please visit www.careadvantage.com/pepsico to learn more about these programs.
If you are interested in enrolling your child, you will need to complete a pre-enrollment registration form. Forms are available online (www.brighthorizons.com/PEPstart). Submit your form along with a non-refundable $150 dollar registration fee per child to Bright Horizons at the address on the form. You can contact center director Deanna to learn more about space availability.
Your family’s status on the waitlist will remain intact until space becomes available and is offered to your family. Families may decline an offer and maintain their current position on the waitlist twice. After the second decline their name is removed from the future list. Families may register again at any time.
The length of time will vary depending on the size of the waitlist and the ages of the children. We will send periodic communications to keep you informed of your status on the waitlist. We will do everything we can to ensure you are offered a space as soon as it becomes available.
Two nutritious snacks per day are included in the tuition.
Yes, two- and three-day, full day per week programs are available. However, enrollment priority will be given to five day, full-time programs.

This depends on your child’s age, temperament, and level of maturity. General tips for preparing for the first day of child care include:
- Developing a relationship with your child’s teacher and keeping communication open
- Labeling all items
- Making sure your child has the essentials: bottles, extra clothes, diapers, blanket, and more
- Talking about the first day with your child
- Setting expectations for the new morning routine
- Getting ahead of separation anxiety by creating a “goodbye” routine together
Please submit an inquiry to your center(s) of interest with a request for tuition information. We recommend scheduling a visit at the same time (this can be done on the same form).
Safety is our top priority, and it’s part of our everyday routine. All of our centers follow expert-informed health, safety, and security policies and allergy protocols. Additionally, health, safety, and wellness are built right into our curriculum, and our classrooms and spaces are safely designed for learning and exploration.
