Tonya
I love Bright Horizons because: I have been working with children since 1998. I have 3 wonderful children. I currently hold a CDA and Directors Credential.
Wanda
I love teaching because: It gives me the opportunity to interact with children as well as their parents and be part of their growing experience.
Joyce
Assistant Director
I love Bright Horizons because: I love working with children because they see the world in a very different way. I want to learn from them as much as they learn from me.

We have 2 different playground areas at our facility. Each space is uniquely designed to meet the growing needs of our children. Infants enjoy 3 different ways to spend their time outdoors. We have a covered lanai style patio which is completely protected from the sun and other elements. Its surface is covered with an "astro turf" type grass. Infants also have a large grass area with a shade canopy. Our babies also enjoy buggy rides on our campus in our 4 and 6 seater wagons equiped with car seat style seats. Our one and two year olds have a large playground in our interior courtyard. They enjoy a large climbing structure which is completed shaded from the Florida Sun. They have a unique sand and water feature on their playground which during the warm months provide fun and cool relief. They have a large grass area, complete with an outdoor xylophone, playhouse and an ever-changing climbing structure. Our 3-5 year olds have a large playground shaded by a large old moss covered tree. Children enjoy sitting under the tree on one of our benches reading stories with teachers or chatting with friends. This playground also has a large climbing structure which is shaded by a large overhead canopy. Our preschoolers have fun riding bikes, scooters, gardening, diging in the sand or playing with water. Part of the playground has a large open field, perfect for kicking a ball, playing tag with friends or simply looking for a unique insect or two. A outdoor easel provides a place for young artists to practice their painting and other art materials. A stage is available for children to explore the dramatic arts. Our school age children have a space all their own. A tree shaded ampitheatre provides a spot for hanging out with friends, exploring their dramatic side or just reading under the shade of a tree. A large grass area allows for some soccer and other ball games. A basketball court provides space for a game of one-on-one or a game of "horse". The playground also sports a 10' x 10' chess board complete with 2' pieces! What a great way to learn this strategic and challenging game, or a game of checkers using frizbees! Our School-agers also enjoy the benefits of our on-ste pool. At least twice a week during the warm school year months and daily during the summer, our school-age children enjoy open swim, completely supervised by both their teacher and a trained life guard.

- Developing a relationship with your child’s teacher and keeping communication open
- Labeling all items
- Making sure your child has the essentials: bottles, extra clothes, diapers, blanket, and more
- Talking about the first day with your child
- Setting expectations for the new morning routine
- Getting ahead of separation anxiety by creating a “goodbye” routine together
Please submit an inquiry to your center(s) of interest with a request for tuition information. We recommend scheduling a visit at the same time (this can be done on the same form).
