Risk-Free Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

New Families who enroll at participating Bright Horizons centers between 10/12/2020 and 6/30/2022 will be eligible for a Risk-Free Cancellation promotion.  New families must accept enrollment offer and pay the first month’s tuition charges to be eligible.  First day of care must start between 10/12/20 and 6/30/2022.  Eligible families may cancel enrollment effective no later than 9/30/2022 by submitting a withdrawal notification in writing to the center email address prior to 9/30/2022 indicating the desired last date of enrollment. Bright Horizons’ standard requirement for 30-day advance written notice of withdrawal as outlined in its enrollment agreement will be waived if notification is received by 9/30/2022.  An eligible family who properly cancels enrollment may request a refund of any tuition paid for the period following the last date of enrollment through the Family Information Center.
