Page Bachman

As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Page and his HR leadership team focus their efforts on providing world-class HR services to compliment and support Phoenix Children’s world-class medical care and rapid growth initiatives. He serves as a member of the Phoenix Children’s leadership council, and is a strategic partner who understands the value of building collaborative and trusting relationships between senior leaders, physicians and staff.

Prior to joining Phoenix Children’s, Bachman was Vice President of Human Resources for the Kansas/Oklahoma region of Ascension Health, consisting of two health systems – St. John Health System in Tulsa and Via Christi Health in Wichita – where he oversaw all elements of HR in the region.  Prior to that, he held various roles at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in Houston, Texas, including in-house legal counsel, director of employee relations, and HR director for corporate divisions.
