Nigel Birtwistle, Head of Client Services Bright Horizons

Nigel is an established expert on work/family and employee well-being strategies for large employers. Over two decades, he has led hundreds of successful initiatives for Fortune 500 and 1000 organizations, contributing to recruiting, retention, return-to-work, female career advancement, and financial wellness objectives. This work has brought him to virtually every corner of the US and the UK. 

Nigel originates from the North of England, but has now lived in Massachusetts for the past 20 years. He remains a passionate follower of English football, in particular his home team of Liverpool F.C. When he’s not working, he looks forward to enjoying the simple things in life – hanging out with his wife and two teenage daughters, and Skyping with his Family in the UK.
