Melissa St. Clair, VP of Inclusion & Innovation Strategies, TIAA
Melissa leads TIAA’s Inclusion Programming and Innovation and Diversity Strategies team. Melissa has end-to-end responsibility for the strategic planning, delivery, execution and measurement of the enterprise-wide ID&E programming, BRG management, client engagement initiatives, Employer of Choice surveys and Federal Compliance reporting (AAP). Prior to her role on the Inclusion Team, Melissa managed TIAA’s Contingent Worker Program at TIAA and led the firm’s award-winning and best-in-class Supplier Diversity Program. She also serves as the Chief of Staff to TIAA’s Chief Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Officer.
