Melissa joined Bright Horizons in 2016 and is currently a Healthcare Academic & Finance Coach within EdAssist Solutions. Prior experience includes 15 years as the Assistant Director of the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships at Rochester Institute of Technology. She also taught time management, academic strategies and career development courses for undecided students at RIT for over a decade, and advised students at a hospital based Nursing program. Melissa holds a Master’s in Career Development.
