At Bright Horizons, we're all about family.

So we're positively delighted to give a big shout-out to our client Salesforce on the announcement of their new addition, the brand new child care center, "Little Ohana."

"Together with our partner Bright Horizons," read the Salesforce announcement, "we've opened doors large and small to unveil a safe and stimulating place that we hope will bring Salesforce families joy, peace of mind, and the ability to focus on both their work and their little ones."

Little Ohana, Big Hearts

Why child care? We like to talk about the unequivocal value for businesses, and the fact that parents tell us they couldn't work without it. But we also like what Salesforce had to say about values and wellbeing and taking great pride in programs that help employees.

"At Salesforce, wellbeing is one of our values and we invest in benefits and programs to keep our employees and their families happy and healthy, so they can bring their best selves to work every day."

The Same in Any Language

We couldn't have said it better ourselves. And we're thrilled that the center - nine classrooms and two outdoor yards, plus a library nook and space for dance, and imaginary play - will support 116 lucky children and their parents.

As for that adorable name...why Little Ohana? It's in the company's foundation, says the Salesforce website. "In Hawaiian culture, Ohana represents the idea that families blood-related, adopted, or intentional are bound together, and that family members are responsible for one another.

"Today, the Salesforce Ohana is a deep-seated support system we nurture inside our company. And, it doesn't stop at our employees it extends to our partners, customers, and members of the communities that we call home. We collaborate, take care of one another, have fun together, and work to leave the world a better place."

Around here, we call that heart.

And in any language...we couldn't agree more.

Congratulations Salesforce - and Welcome Little Ohana!
