Puddle Jump

This activity promotes development and learning by encouraging children to use large muscle groups to build balance and help foster focus and persistence.

Materials Needed:

  • Blue painter’s tape

Participants: This activity is intended for adult/child interaction.

Directions:

  1. Use the blue painters tape to create puddle shapes on the floor. Puddles can be big or small, just like outside on a rainy day.
  2. Challenge your child to jump from puddle to puddle!
