You are responsible for travel costs to New York City, including flight, hotel, and travel from the airport. Conference passes are complimentary, and meals are included.
The summit features a dynamic mix of keynote presentations and breakout sessions led by HR leaders and researchers. Over the course of 1.5 days, attendees explore new strategies for strengthening workplace culture, boosting employee engagement, supporting working caregivers and preparing for the workforce of tomorrow. 2025 sparked meaningful conversations. In 2026, we’re building on that momentum.
Yes! We are looking for presenters and panelists and encourage you to submit a topic. Please send your topic idea to Emily Kaufman at emily.kaufman@brighthorizons.com.
Yes. Meals and snacks will be provided throughout the summit.
We’ll be reserving a block of rooms at a nearby hotel with a special group rate for summit attendees. Details will be shared soon — stay tuned.
