Bright Horizons Named to Center for Companies That Care 2018 Honor Roll

Companies That Care Honor Roll 2018

April 2, 2018 – Bright Horizons has been named to Center for Companies That Care 2018 Honor Roll, a national list recognizing employers for outstanding workplace practices and active community involvement.  Bright Horizons was named for the 11th consecutive year.

“We are honored to once again be named to the Honor Roll by the Center for Companies that Care because of the more than 31,000 creative, inspired, driven, and compassionate employees who impact the lives of children, families, and clients on a daily basis,” said Bright Horizons Chief Executive Officer Stephen Kramer. “This recognition is a testament to their commitment to maintaining a culture that embraces professional development, diversity, and inclusion across the Bright Horizons family.”

Employees are encouraged to come to work every day, proud of who they are and what they contribute to an organization that celebrates all differences in big and small ways. It is also part of the company’s mission to encourage employees to contribute in the communities where they work and live. This past year alone, employees helped to develop 25 Bright Spaces® around the globe through the philanthropic arm, the Bright Horizons Foundation for Children®, creating warm, comforting places for children and families in crisis.

The Honor Roll celebrates U.S.-based organizations of all sizes in diverse industries. The 2018 Honor Roll includes privately held and publicly traded organizations as well as not-for-profit employers representing multiple industries and states.

Honor Roll employers are selected for their adherence to all 10 characteristics of socially responsible employers, such as developing great leaders at all levels and cultivating the full potential of all employees.

Among the 2018 Honor Roll employers is WellStar Health System, where Bright Horizons manages two on-site child care centers. The list also features U.S. organizations that are large, medium and small, public and private, for-profit and not-for-profit.
