Bright Horizons Named to Denver Post's 2014 Top Workplaces
[WATERTOWN, Mass., April 14, 2014] Bright Horizons Family Solutions®, a leading provider of employer-sponsored child care, early education, and work/life solutions, today announced that it has been named as one of The Denver Post’s Top Workplaces. Bright Horizons operates 19 child care centers in Colorado and the state is also home to the Bright Horizons Contact Center, which supports the organization’s child care, emergency back-up care, adult learning and college counseling operations.

When severe rain and floodwaters affected Colorado residents in September of 2013, Bright Horizons employees at the Contact Center and child care centers came together to provide comfort and support to those who needed it most. Whether it was providing shelter for colleagues who had been evacuated from their homes or donating clothing and meals to a local shelter, the Bright Horizons employees in Colorado did remarkable work to support each other in the face of these devastating floods.
"It was truly inspiring to hear many of the stories from the Bright Horizons teachers and staff who demonstrated such teamwork and selflessness during and in the aftermath of this severe weather," said Lissy.
The Bright Horizons Contact Center was recently recognized for its customer service and was certified for the third consecutive year as a Center of Excellence by BenchmarkPortal, a leading organization dedicated to call center benchmarking and best practices. This Center of Excellence recognition is one of the most prestigious awards in the customer service and support industry.
