Bright Horizons Named a Top Workplace by the Denver Post
April 6, 2016 - Bright Horizons Family Solutions®, a leading provider of high-quality child care, early education, educational counseling and other services designed to help employers and families address the challenges of work and life, has been named one of the Top Workplaces of 2016 by The Denver Post.

Bright Horizons released the second annual Modern Family Index in 2015, which explored the challenges working parents face in managing their work and family responsibilities and the impact these challenges have on employers. This study of working parents and their managers demonstrated that working parents are burnt out and not feeling supported work, leaving them more likely to quit, be less creative, and feel less energized about their jobs. Many working moms and dads alike revealed that the combination of work and family responsibilities causes anxiety and depression and keeps them from doing their best at work. Bright Horizons works within its own organization and with employers to create work environments where employees feel valued, inspired, and able to take advantage of unique benefits that enable them to balance their work with their personal obligations and interests outside of the office.
In addition to 17 Colorado-based child care centers, Bright Horizons also has a Customer Contact Center located in Colorado, which supports the company's full-service child care, emergency back-up care, adult learning and college counseling services. Bright Horizons has 683 employees in the state of Colorado.
The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.
