How Businesses Are Stepping up to Help Employee Caregivers

December 13, 2023 – In an article for the North Bay Business Journal about employee caregivers and what their companies are doing to support them, Priya Krishnan, Bright Horizons’ chief digital and transformation officer speaks on Bright Horizons elder care services.  

Bright Horizons has been helping people since 1986, with elder care a growing segment of services. “Elders are a fast-growing demographic of dependents in our clients' place and across the U.S. One in three caregivers is over the age of 65, so the need for elder care is certainly more pronounced,” Priya Krishnan, Bright Horizons’ chief digital and transformation officer, said. Bright Horizons has more than 200 clients in the United States using elder care services, with 15 based in the greater Bay Area. Services range from providing advice to arranging in-home care.
