This Is What Generation Z Wants Most in a Workplace

December 23, 2019Data from the Bright Horizons 2019 Working Learner Index was featured in both Inc.com and Forbes to answer a question posed to Rob Kingyens, Founder and CEO of Yellowbrick.co, on Quora: "How is the world of work evolving for Generation Z?"

In his response, Kingyens cites the survey, saying, "A recent survey by Bright Horizons found that 90% of respondents expect automation to impact their industry, and many are returning to school to future-proof their jobs. It should be no surprise, then, that today's youngest workers are naming employer-provided education programs as one of their most desired benefits, second only to healthcare."
