Sue Krause, Head of Workforce Education Strategy, Bright Horizons

For more than 15 years, Sue Krause has worked alongside business executives to develop and refine the business process, technology, and corporate growth strategies. In her current role, Sue leads a consulting team which designs best-in-class education benefit programs and policies. This includes stakeholder needs assessments, industry and competitive bench-marking, the incorporation of best practices for student success and career advancement, and program partners that drive the right outcomes from the workforce education assistance programs.

Prior to joining Bright Horizons, she spent more than a decade as an Accenture consultant.
