Prior to joining Bright Horizons in 2020, Erron spent many years in higher education in student and community support roles. At University of Nebraska at Kearney, she served as a Health Sciences Advisor. Erron then moved to the School of Nursing at Creighton University where she began as a Senior Admissions Counselor and finished as the Director of Nursing Admissions. She was most recently the Director/Clinical Education Manager of the Primary Care Center at University of Nebraska Medical Center. Erron holds master’s degrees in Counseling - Student Affairs and Conflict Negotiation, Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Mediation.
