Updates to Enrollment and Withdrawal Policies

We understand that changing circumstances may require you to temporarily change your care plans. In order to meet your family’s needs, we are temporarily offering our families two options for modifying your child’s enrollment status in our centers.

  1. Enrollment Pause: Our hope is that you plan to return to Bright Horizons. During this time, we can pause your enrollment for any length of time, up until September 1. In order to do this and secure your spot in the center, you will only need to make a deposit of 50% of one month’s tuition, which will be credited to your account on your return.

  2. Immediate Withdrawal: If you ultimately decide that withdrawal from our program makes the most sense for your family, we are temporarily waiving our standard 30-day written required notice. You can withdraw your child(ren) immediately and any fees that have been paid for the current month will be prorated based on withdrawal date request and refunded within three weeks.

Please keep in mind that while we will do our best to accommodate you, for families who withdraw, re-enrollment will need to be subject to availability, and space for your child may will not be guaranteed.
