Kristin Dougherty Henderson

Kristin Dougherty Henderson serves as the Director of Institutional Research with Bright Horizons. She is responsible for managing internal and external research projects, from inception to insight sharing. Over a 20 year career at Bright Horizons and The NPD Group, Kristin has led numerous large-scale research studies, focusing in recent years on employee engagement, well-being and work/life needs. Kristin earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Education from Colgate University.
