Katie is the Director of Benefits at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts having joined the organization in September 2011.
She manages the design, implementation and compliance of all benefit programs and is responsible for recommending and modifying programs to create appropriate value to employees, control costs, improve program service levels and employee engagement. Prior to joining Blue Cross, Katie was a Retirement Principal at Mercer for over 20 years.
Katie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Regis College. She is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and is a member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists and the Greater Boston local chapter.
