Katie Gaulding is responsible for managing the strategy and portfolio of Enterprise Leadership Development programs at Lockheed Martin. She also leads the strategy and administration of the Corporation’s Internal/External Coaching function and has responsibility for oversight of the Enterprise Tuition Assistance program and policy. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Katie served as the Director of Education Services for AMISYS Synertech, Inc.
