Deborah Tsai Munster, Executive Vice President, People and Operations, Diversity Best Practices

Deborah Munster is the Executive Vice President of Seramount responsible for People and Operations. She most recently led Diversity Best Practices, a division of Seramount, to become a trusted global member services organization for diversity and inclusion focused practitioners and employers to obtain deep DEI subject matter expertise, best practices and innovative solutions for culture change. Under her leadership, Diversity Best Practices grew from 120 to over 280 member organizations through consultation, strategies and resources on how to implement, grow, measure and create first-in-class diversity programs.

Previously to joining Seramount, Deborah was Vice President of Talent and Inclusion for the ADT Corporation, with responsibility for fostering a diverse and inclusive culture through employee engagement and for developing and driving a global Talent and Leadership Development strategy.
