Conference passes are complimentary, and meals are included. You are responsible for travel costs including transportation and hotel.


The summit features a dynamic mix of HR leader panels, keynotes, and opportunities to network with your peers. Over the course of 1.5 days, attendees explore new strategies for strengthening workplace culture, boosting employee engagement, supporting working caregivers and preparing for the workforce of tomorrow. 2025 sparked meaningful conversations. In 2026, we’re building on that momentum. 


Yes! We are looking for presenters and panelists and encourage you to submit a topic. Please send your topic idea to othsummit@brighthorizons.com.


Yes. Meals and snacks will be provided throughout the summit. 


The official summit hotel is the M Social located at 55 Church Street, just a short walk from the New York Stock Exchange. Book on Millennium Hotels today for a special group rate for summit attendees. 


LaGuardia is the nearest airport to New York City. You may also consider John F. Kennedy International Airport or Newark Liberty International Airport. 


Yes! All summit attendees are welcome to join us on the trading floor to witness Bright Horizons' CEO, Stephen Kramer, ring the closing bell on April 29. 


To maximize collaboration and networking opportunity at the summit, attendance is limited to three passes per organization.  


Yes! We will be hosting an evening activity following Day one of the summit. Stay tuned for more details.
