Elana Meyers Taylor

A legendary pilot in the sport of bobsled, Elana Meyers Taylor is a five-time Olympian and six-time Olympic medalist, with podium finishes at every Games from 2010 through 2026. The most decorated Black athlete in Winter Olympic history and the most decorated U.S. bobsledder, she is a true pioneer in the sport. The mother of two young boys, both of whom are deaf, and one has Down Syndrome, Meyers Taylor has a powerful perspective on what it takes to be a parent while performing at an elite level. She is the former President of the Women’s Sports Foundation, holds an MBA in Finance and a Master’s in Sports Management.

Dan Pontefract

Dan Pontefract is a globally recognized leadership strategist, award-winning author, and keynote speaker. He has written five acclaimed books, including Work-Life Bloom, winner of the 2024 Thinkers 50 Best New Management Book, and his sixth, The Future of Work Is Grey, launches in May 2026. A former chief learning officer, Dan has delivered 600+ keynotes worldwide, writes for Forbes and Harvard Business Review, and teaches at the University of Victoria. Listed among HR Weekly’s 100 Most Influential People in HR, Dan brings decades of experience helping organizations thrive through purpose-driven leadership.

Ben Eubanks is Chief Research Officer at Lighthouse Research & Advisory and a leading expert on HR technology and talent strategy. He is the author of Artificial Intelligence for HR and Talent Scarcity, offering practical insights on how innovation shapes the workforce. Ben’s research influences Fortune 500 companies, and his keynote sessions have reached over 100,000 HR leaders globally. He also hosts the popular podcast, "We’re Only Human," where he explores trends in people analytics and employee experience.
