For working parents, remote work hasn’t been the panacea it was supposed to be. While the WFH era has indeed provided welcome flexibility, responses to the 9th Annual Modern Family Index show it’s come at a cost, with working parents wrestling with new challenges (loneliness, isolation), even as old ones (fear to discuss family responsibilities) sneak back in.
