United Nations Family Discount – Terms & Conditions

We're offering UN Staff and Mission families a special savings – 5% off your child's monthly tuition, effective at the time of enrollment, and a waived registration fee (up to $250) per child. The tuition discount arrives automatically after determination of eligibility and lasts the remainder of your child’s time at a participating Bright Horizons’ center. This offer is valid between 9/1/2025 – 12/31/2028 and is subject to the following terms and conditions: 

• The 5% tuition discount will begin at the time of enrollment, and continue for the remainder of the child’s enrollment at the participating BH center, including when the child transitions to an older age group. 
• The child must enroll in a participating center to receive the 5% tuition discount. 
• If the child receiving the discount transfers to a non-participating center, the child will no longer be eligible for the 5% tuition discount. 
• Tuition credits & registration fee waivers are not transferable or redeemable for cash payout or refund for any reason (including disenrollment at the childcare center for any reason). Use of any and all tuition discounts are subject to current Bright Horizons policies and use requirements.  
• This offer can only be combined with the following discounts and incentives: The Bright Horizons sibling discount (including if the older sibling is already enrolled at Bright Horizons), employer sponsored Bright Horizons center benefits, and BUCA (Back Up Program) to FS (Full Service) promo (where the spouse of a UN or Mission employee receives employer-sponsored Bright Horizons center benefits). 
• A one-time waiver of initial registration fees valued up to $250 per child is available at Bright Horizon centers participating in the United Nations Family Discount promo, and applies to transfer to another participating center. 
• Annual registration fees still apply 
• Enrolling children must not have been enrolled in a Bright Horizons center in the last 90 days to redeem the waived registration fee. Currently enrolled UN families will receive a 5% discount at participating centers starting 9/1/2025. 
• Bright Horizons employees are not eligible for this offer. In order to be eligible for the foregoing tuition discount and waiver of initial registration fees, the enrolling family must have one parent who is a United Nations employee. The discount can apply to multiple children.
• Nothing herein shall be construed to limit or restrict Bright Horizons rights to change tuition rates and fees.
