Pride Month 2018: Celebrating All of Our Bright Horizons Families

This photo (above) from last week warmed our hearts.

It's of members of our Bright Horizons team at the Boston Pride parade.

We love it because of what it says about our family.

Diversity's gotten a lot of press lately.

Not because it's the right thing (which it is)...but because it's a good thing...which seems so obvious:

Multiple people offer multiple perspectives.

Multiple perspectives offer multiple ideas.

Multiple ideas offer multiple possibilities for success.

Celebrating Our Families

That's all true. But we know diversity is more than that. Because when it comes down to it, diversity isn't really about dollars and cents and business.

It's about people, community, and family. It's built into our mission to "support families through strong partnerships" and "to create a work environment that encourages professionalism, growth, and diversity."

That's who we are.

This year, Bright Horizons was honored to carry the opening banner for the 2018 Pride Parade in Boston.

We're privileged to have been invited, and proud to show our BH Pride.
