why companies need child care
The list of Working Mother's 100 Best Companies is out!and once again, it's a prestigious group.

Bright Horizons would like to congratulate all who were honored with this important distinction, including 84 of the top 100 -- and each and every one of the top 10 -- that we're so proud to call clients.

What Makes a Working Mother Best Company?

The 2015 Working Mother honorees come from every industry; finance, biotech, healthcare, legal, food, media, and more.

While products and services may vary, they all share one thing: a dedication to supporting the 21st-century employee, and the unwavering knowledge that positive work cultures and strong business results go hand in hand.

"Benefits like child care support, flexible schedules and telecommuting help working families thrive," says the Working Mother website, "while serious advancement programs make sure that women can continue to succeed in their careers."

The results speak for themselves, with every organization on the list a leader in their industry.

An Exceptional Group of Leading Employers

Working Mother calls this year's employers an exceptional group. And they've come a long way from the first list when only handful of employers offered things like child care. Today, nearly all of them do.

"The 30th class of winning companies has raised the bar higher than ever when it comes to supporting parents," read the Working Mother website in the days leading up to the big reveal.

We wholeheartedly agree. And we'd like to extend our congratulations again to all on the list, with an extra shout-out to IBM and Johnson & Johnson for earning the Pinnacle Award, recognition for being on the list all 30 years.

Collectively, each one of these 100 companies is setting the standard for the entire professional community.

From all of us to all of you; Congratulations.
